Repair
From £125
Repair labour is £125 for the first hour and £80 for subsequent hours. Materials are charged at cost plus 20%.

What is included in the £199 breakdown callout?
The first visit and two prepaid hours of fault investigation are included. The aim is to identify the cause and establish the next practical step.
Will you carry out extra work automatically?
No. Additional time, parts, equipment or return visits are explained and agreed with you before they are booked.
What information should I send?
Your postcode, heat-pump make or model, any displayed fault code and a brief description are the best starting point. Photographs may be requested afterward.
Can another fault appear after the first repair?
Occasionally one fault can mask another. Repairs address the fault identified during investigation, and any newly visible defect will be explained before more work proceeds.
